The Power of Interdisciplinary Publishing

How Ideas Multiply

One Idea

Whether it’s a family memoir, community  advocacy, research initiative, healing narrative, or cultural heritage project – every collaboration begins with a single spark of curiosity. Your lived experience, expertise, and reflections matter, regardless of your field or community.

Creative Partnerships

We connect your knowledge with others from different fields, backgrounds, and experiences. When memoir writers meet climate scientists, when community organisers collaborate with academics – together you discover possibilities, start innovative projects and create new publishing adventures none of us could have discovered alone.

 Books, Projects & Possibilities

Your collaboration creates publications which inspire others, sparking new partnerships and ideas. Each book reaches new audiences who bring their own questions and expertise, creating an expanding network of collaboration and discovery.

How One Idea Became Many

What began as a single meeting in Oxford 2002 – bringing together doctors, patients, novelists, artists, and researchers to explore health and illness – has generated over 25 global conferences, multiple book series with major publishers, and creative collaborations spanning continents.

From this one original gathering emerged three major new projects:

The End of Life Experience
Storytelling & Trauma
Madness

These in turn generated publications encouraging personal storytelling and artistic expression, and ongoing initiatives across Europe.

When diverse voices unite around shared questions, one idea truly becomes many.
